Babies R UsNovember 12, 2014We were asked by the client to provide an immersive catalog experience which would leverage the technologies of mobile advertising and create a fluid UI which offered the user large product imagery while giving them additional functionality such as product info and a store locator.  By streamlining web UI elements we were able to design a slide out menu within the advertising platform which was optimized to work as an ad and still offer users a unique experience. Local MotiveNovember 12, 2014What would begin as a strategic design framework to bring fresh produce to at-risk neighborhoods has now evolved into a full business plan with potential funding from the City of New York. Developed as a capstone project for Pratt Institute Local Motive brought extensive behavioral and sociological research to meld with design thinking processes in order to come up with a different kind of solution for a long standing challenge. Informed by these two elements we were able to understand users in these type of neighborhoods in a completely different way and develop a framework which has the potential to offer an integrated long term solution to inspire and educate residents about making better eating decisions and forging deeper relationships within the community. By leveraging, community, food literacy, logistics and acknowledging the underlying culture within these neighborhoods Local Motive represents an innovative user centric approach to healthier eating in low-income urban areas. Toyota This ad would feature three primary sections which could be changed.  These sections would swipe to depict other scenarios.  So a bright sunny day could be swiped to reveal a starry night. Two ideas that are emphasized within this concept are the playfulness behind the Rav4 and  the versatility between its use in the city as well as the outdoors.  In addition this concept looks to weave in the features of the car within this message. Mt. HoodThe concept for this ad was to reinforce the idea of fun moments at Mt. Hood and inspire a sense of curiosity and awe about the location. This simple yet elegant ad looks to showcase the beautiful imagery with a video carousel which will generate traffic onto the microsite while utilizing the new brand messaging. In addition the user interface is designed to complement the imagery and provide easy share functionality to the different social platforms while still making the CTA the main focus.
